The Yogyakarta – Central Java Community-Based Assistance Program is an Australian Indonesia Government Partnership initiative in response to the 27 May 2006 earthquake in Central Indonesia, resulting in major devastation, in particular in the districts of Bantul in Yogyakarta Province and Klaten in Central Java Province.
In view of the ongoing program requirements, RHK Project Management is seeking for qualified and experience individuals to fill-in the following position of:
Grant Finance Officer

Grant Finance Officer - SME/ Livelihoods
Reports to: SME Livelihoods Manager
Supervision: Under the professional supervision of the Finance Manager and for programs the SME Livelihoods Manager, the position will with other Livelihoods Team members and contracted service providers.
Location: Yogyakarta
Responsibilities:
The Grant Finance Officer-SME/ Livelihoods will be responsible for assisting SME Livelihoods Manager through the Junior Program Officer and the Livelihood Team. The GFO will assist by conducting financial activities related to Grant programs in Small and Medium Scale Enterprises as well as Livelihoods. The officer will assist managing issues associated with the Grant financial reports.
The GFO will be responsible for the following tasks:
Scope and Tasks:
Monitoring the Finance Operational Process
- Check the monthly operational grant financial report
- Contribute to strategic monitoring related to the Grant Program
- Coordinate with Finance Manager in managing the Grant payments
- Prepare financial reports as directed by the SME Junior Program Officer
- Support with SME Manager and Program Staff by provide feedback based on the situation of financial report
Managing the Grant Financial System
- Assist the SME Junior Program Officer and other senior program officers in managing the Grant Financial System
- Provides assistance to SME Junior Program Officer in reporting of grants programs and developing monitoring and evaluation in Grant Financial System
- Provide the monthly Grant Financial System report
- Assist the SME Manager in preparing the Project Grant Agreement
- Managing the process of payment based on the Project Grant Agreement
- Up date the Grant Financial System Data
- Provide the Finance Reconciliation Report
Managing the Grantee Finance Acquittal
- Ensure the Grantee Financial Report will be provided monthly
- Audit the Grantee Financial Report
- Provide Grant Financial Report Acquittal based on the Grantee Financial Report
- Coordinate with Field Officer in crosschecking the Grantee Financial Report
- Follow up the report from Grant Field Officer
- Support the SME Manager/Team Leader to ensure effective communication and working relationships are maintained with all relevant stakeholders.
The GFO may also be responsible for other related activities as delegated by the SME Livelihoods Manager.
